1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing or color preference

  • Used or damaged items not reported within 48 hours


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • You may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the agreed-upon method via email.

  • As we only offer Cash on Delivery, we will arrange the refund via bank transfer or an agreed-upon method within 7 business days of approval.


5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, Connor Haven will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item.

  • You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
